The Church School Puppeteers!

WMCAS is finally online. As this is new to us, we are slowly trying to figure out the workings involved in the running a website. We hope to put up information about our church and its activities in the months to come. We will also be going back to the happenings after Sept 08 for events since we moved from the old premise. These were the firsts for our church since moving to our new premise. Most of them will be taken from my personal blog as I have been keeping an account of WMC happenings in anticipation of our own site.

This blog is only part of the WMCAS site. The main page is still under construction.

A link to the MYF Blog has also been set up. So, if you want to know what our young people are up to, check it out! They’ve been keeping a record of their activities for some time already.

There’ll be a prayer list for members. Viewing of this will require the user to register due to the sometimes personal nature of the prayer items… as soon as we figure out how to get that going.

Future events will also be announced in this site. Reports and activities of our outreach programmes via various programmes and activities will also be put up here. We hope that through this, each and everyone of us will be encouraged not just in our walk with God but also to serve in our own capacity.

If there are members who want to volunteer to maintain this website, do volunteer. Young and old are welcomed. We believe that this will also serve as a good learning place for all of us. And it is also an opportunity to serve.

Comments to the blog posts are most welcomed but they will be moderated.

As for this site, be patient and come back every now and then for updates. We’ll be putting up more information in the coming months. We anticipate that this site will continue to evolve. It will not just serve to inform but also a place for us all to come and grow together in our faith. God bless you!

A special word of thanks to an old friend of ours, JC, for his invaluable input in helping us to get this website going. He certainly made our learning curve less steep. Thank God for friends like him!
